最近，我是先看到这两句，而今何事最相宜？ 宜醉宜游宜睡。 真适合眼下入秋落雨的北方，有点小寒，螃蟹要上市了，中秋前后，喝点黄酒。
这句话还是蛮相宜的。 再仔细看，这出自辛弃疾的《西江月·示儿曹以家事付之》，全文如下：
万事云烟忽过，一身蒲柳先衰。
而今何事最相宜？ 宜醉宜游宜睡。
早趁催科了纳，更量出入收支。
乃翁依旧管些儿：管竹管山管水。
Recently, I came across these poetry two lines: "What thing is the most suitable thing to do now? To get drunk, to travel, and to sleep."
It truly suits the rainy early autumn in the North, where there’s a slight chill and crabs are about to come into season. Around Mid-Autumn Festival, it’s the perfect time to enjoy some yellow wine. This sentiment feels very fitting.
Upon closer look, these lines are from Xin Qiji’s "Moon over the West River: Entrusting Family Affairs to My Sons." The full poem reads:
"All things like clouds and smoke have passed,
My body, like the willow, withers fast.
What thing is the most suitable thing to do now?
To get drunk, to travel, and to sleep.
Hasten to pay taxes for the year,
Weigh well income and expense,
Your old dad will still have things to rear:
Bamboos, the hills, and rivers hence."
A few days ago,Zhao Yesuo visited my studio. We've known each other for over ten years now. She hasn't changed much since we performed The Unparalleled Hero Huang Feihong together a decade ago—still that fresh, cheerful girl-next-door.
At the end of last month/beginning of this month, theYEE SUN WINE series I designed and launched with my friend, master brewer Chen Shihai—A Pot of Wine Among (Yellow Rice Wine Inspired, Whispering Flowers) and theWordless understanding through a gesture—was released. We recently received the raw, unpasteurized wine, so I had the chance to taste it with Zhao Yesuo ahead of time.
It's a 15-year-aged Shaoxing Huadiao wine, fully hand-brewed, fermented for a total of 90 days, and then aged for 15 years. No blending, no added caramel color. It carries floral and fruity aromas, a rich fragrance of rice esters, notes of honey, and a mellow, sweet, and refreshing taste.
朱槿（拉丁学名 Hibiscus rosa-sinensis L.）—，别名状元红、扶桑、佛桑、大红花等 。朱槿原产地在中国已有超过1700年的栽培与观赏历史，最早记载于西晋的《南方草木状》 。
Red is the absolute declaration of life.
It is the surge of blood, the ceaseless beat of my own heart. It is passionate love, like lava churning within a volcano; it is the hibiscus that blooms abruptly in the darkness; it is the breathtaking vow on a bride’s lips; or the desperate remnants of crimson on a woman disheartened.
Whether it halts, surrenders, or shifts direction—it breaks through the extinguishing night with the force of instinct.
Black is the infinite foundation of the cosmos.
It is the tranquil and lonely night sky, the boundless abyss, the vast matrix that embraces all things. It is a velvet curtain, the profound pupils of a sage, the silent truth settled by time.
This black—this darkness—is not emptiness, but a tension-filled “presence.” It is also the chaos I cannot put into words.
Black speaks not a word, yet seems to express everything.
Black is the stage for red. It gives form its boundaries, and grants meaning to the clamor.

玫瑰，月季，这些年我种得实在多，画得多，写的也多。
好似，生活里总是有玫瑰的。
我对玫瑰香气也是偏爱的，
精油、香氛、面膜、每天要用的玫瑰水。
Roses, Chinese roses... Over the years, I've planted, painted, and written about them so much that it seems they have always been a constant presence in my life.
I have a particular fondness for the scent of roses as well—be it in essential oils, perfumes, face masks, or the rose water I use daily. I have a box of Aquilaria, a gift from sister in Paris, that originates from Arabia and is richly infused with the fragrance of roses. The combination is almost luxuriously extravagant. Although the two scents clash somewhat, it still smells wonderful. I don't use an open flame; instead, I turn on my electric incense burner for two hours before bed. It's safer, and I use it sparingly.
举杯邀请月，对影成三人？！我在想，月下孤影，哪来三人？！李白喝晕眼花了？重影了？！还是烛光和月光各自照了两重影子？
哦，网上查完，有一种解释是酒杯中也有人影……
那要我解释，月色下的影子和烛光下的影子，重重叠叠更显示人的孤独。
"You raise your cup to invite the Moon, making it a party of three with your shadow?! I was wondering, under the moon with just one lonely shadow, where does the 'three' come from?! Was Li Bai drunk and seeing double?! Or did the candlelight and moonlight each cast a separate shadow?
Oh, after checking online, one explanation is that there's also a reflection in the wine cup...
But if you ask me, the overlapping shadows under the moonlight and candlelight only highlight the person's solitude even more."

昨晚，吕新创作下班后，来我处，她给我配了药茶里的中药，我给她准备了晚上看剧零食，香香的卤鸡爪和熏豆干。我没忍住，等她的时候，啃了一个。
散步的时候，买了提拉米苏，回家喝茶分着吃蛋糕。

During our walk, we bought tiramisu and shared the cake at home over tea.
