“YEE SUN WINE · Among the Flowers a Pot of Wine · Winter-Brewed Hua Diao (15-Year-Aged)” is a collaboration between Master Brewer Mr. Chen Shihai and Artist Ms. Lilyma Ma Li.

中国传统绍兴黄酒研究专家。

蝉联2023/2024【福布斯中国杰出匠人】称号,中国黄酒界唯一获此殊荣者。

Mr. Chen Shihai, the master brewer behind this wine, is a renowned specialist in traditional Shaoxing rice wine. He is a two-time consecutive honoree (2023 and 2024) of the "Forbes China Outstanding Artisan" award, making him the only individual in the Chinese rice wine industry to achieve this distinction.

艺术家lilyma马莉,多学科中国艺术家,专注于油画和水彩创作。

作品在法国卢浮宫卡鲁塞尔艺术中心、意大利巴勒莫国际艺术双年展、挪威文化中心等多国展出;多幅作品被收录于《西班牙艺术年鉴》《当代名人大师》《国际当代艺术》《法国艺术趋势》等刊物。⻢莉曾获得第四届、第六届国际达芬奇奖、巴黎国际奖、伦敦最佳当代艺术家奖、威尼斯飞马国际艺术奖等荣誉。2024年在上海昊美术馆举办个展《尤物》。电视剧《玫瑰的故事》中黄亦玫美术作品由lilyma马莉原创。

她的艺术作品和理念展现了东西方文化与哲学的融合与探索。

 

Artist Lilyma Ma Li is a multidisciplinary Chinese artist focused on oil painting and watercolor creation.

 

Her works have been exhibited internationally at venues including the Carrousel du LOUVRE in Paris, the International Biennial of Art in the World in Palermo, and the Norwegian Cultural Center, among others.  Her works have been exhibited multiple times in countries such as France, Italy, the UK, and Spain.

They have been featured in publications such as the ART ANTHOLOGY III: Madrid Edition, CONTEMPORARY CELEBRITY MASTERS, ART INTERNATIONAL CONTEMPORARY, and ART TRENDS.

 

Lilyma has received honors including the 4th and 6th International Prize Leonardo da Vinci , the International Prize PARIS, and The Best Modern and Contemporary Artists LONDON PRIZE. She also held a solo exhibition titled "STUNNER" at the Shanghai How Art Museum.

The artwork of Huang Yimei in the television drama "THE TALE OF ROSE" was originally created by lilyma.

 

Her artistic work and philosophy reflect a fusion and exploration of traditional and modern, as well as Eastern and Western cultures and philosophies.

此款十五年陈酿酒味鲜爽,酒力鲜活,酒香芬芳,酒色澄明,酒体圆润,酒韵悠长。

酒液中花果香花果味突出,有明显柑橘甜味、甘草味、甜瓜味、青冠梨、水蜜桃和玫瑰花的甜蜜香味。

无焦糖色、酒龄十五年的她,醇厚、甘甜、鲜爽、纯净,花果香花果味明显突出,另有浅淡的酯香、陈香、米香等等。入口顺滑,留口清爽,后口余香绵长、久久不绝!

As one of the oldest alcoholic beverages in China, Huangjiu (yellow rice wine) boasts an origin and history that can be traced back thousands of years. This YEE SUN WINE  Hua Diao wine is a premium semi-dried Jiafan rice wine.

Aged for fifteen years, it boasts a refreshing taste, vibrant strength, an aromatic bouquet, a clear and bright appearance, a rounded body, and a long-lasting finish. The wine highlights prominent floral and fruity notes, with distinct flavors of sweet citrus, licorice, melon, green crown pear, honey peach, and the sweet fragrance of roses.

Free from added caramel color and aged for fifteen years, this wine is mellow, sweet, refreshing, and pure. Its floral and fruity notes are particularly pronounced, complemented by subtle hints of ester aroma, aged fragrance, and rice fragrance. Smooth on the palate, it leaves a clean and refreshing sensation, with a lingering aftertaste that lasts.

黄酒在全世界所有酒种中,适饮温度最为宽泛。

冰冻饮3.8度,冷饮10度,常温饮15~25度,温饮40度,养生热饮50度。

根据季节、配餐、个人喜好及养生需要随取随用。

酒杯酒盏最宜玉质,其次陶瓷,也可以使用闻香杯、高脚杯等玻璃杯,便于观色、闻香。

黄酒养生,最宜温热饮用。

日常享用高品质黄酒,不建议加姜丝、话梅、鸡蛋等,破坏酒味。
