Apricot soup

去年夏初收的第一批杏子,洗切好冻在冰箱里,等冬天拿来煮杏子汤喝。

原料:去核杏肉、柠檬、冰糖。

做好了放在2L大茶缸里,放在后院自己就结冰了,外头有雪,天然大冰箱。

一口下去,酸酸甜甜,春天夏天的味道 。

The first batch of apricots harvested at the beginning of last summer were washed, cut and frozen in the refrigerator, and used to cook apricot soup in winter.

Ingredients: pitted apricot, a lemon, rock sugar.

Put it in a 2L tea jar and freeze in the backyard with snow outside.... what a huge natural refrigerator.

One sip, sour & sweet exiting at same times , spring and summer taste.
